Souls Not Sales Will Be Back

I hope you enjoyed reading Women Making Time for God at no charge on this blog during the month of December. I call this event Souls Not Sales because I want as many of you ladies as possible who can't afford to buy it to be able to read the book for free during a limited time. Your soul is more important to me than any amount of money. You never know when I will decide to do this again so visit often.

In the meantime, I will also try to pop in more frequently with quick inspirational posts. I hope all of you have a Happy New Year.

God has blessed most of us with the five senses of touch, smell, taste, hearing and seeing. For those who are missing any of these senses, God has likely strengthened other senses. For example, Helen Keller was an amazing woman who lost her sight and hearing when she was just a toddler. Feel became her strongest sense when she was very young. She knew who was in the room with her by the vibration a person's walk created. More amazingly, her teacher, Anne Sullivan, taught her how to communicate - even with her voice. Billboard for Christ

God has laid this message on my heart this morning. I hope you will find it to be inspirational. Be a walking billboard for Christ instead of yourself. By concentrating on Christ, our daily problems, aches and pains or whatever other self-pity we can imagine will melt away. Concentrate on what you can do for Christ instead of what others can do to make you feel important. You see, if you think only of yourself, you can't grow to be who God wants you to be.
